Carmen Villamor

Carmen has devoted her career to serving the immigration community. Her passion for helping others is deeply rooted in her own journey as Filipino immigrant in the United States.
For over 30 years, Carmen has honed her skills as a licensed attorney in the U.S. and the Philippines, working in private practice, human rights work, and the public sector. Her commitment to her clients and their success is what drives her to continue making a difference in the world.
Carmen lives in Los Angeles with her family. She considers being a mother as one of the most rewarding in the world. In her free time, she tends to her garden of California natives and tropical plants.
Camille Tito
Director, Recruitment & Licensing
Camille is a licensed nursing professional and consultant with a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics. Born and raised in the Philippines, she currently resides in New Jersey, where she has dedicated her career to helping foreign nurses build a new life in a foreign land by navigating the complex process of licensing, credentialing, and immigration.
And when Camille is not working, she can be found experimenting in the kitchen, conjuring up new recipes just like a wizard in a potion class. Cooking, much like nursing, requires precision, attention to detail, and a dash of creativity, and she finds great pleasure in bringing all of these elements together to create a delicious meal. This love for cooking is not just a hobby but it brings her joy, just like reading Harry Potter. The world of Hogwarts, where anything is possible and anything can be achieved with hard work and determination and she finds comfort in knowing that just like Harry Potter, she too can make a real difference in the world.
Mike Austria
VP, Business Development
Mike's passion for nursing and helping others led him on a journey from the Philippines to the United States. After obtaining his nursing degree and gaining experience in Acute Care at the University of California San Diego, he knew he wanted to do more for the nursing community. He founded The New Era Group Healthcare and Finance, a company dedicated to connecting licensed professionals and brokers to bridge the gap in healthcare and financial services.
But Mike's dedication to his clients and community doesn't stop there. He also owns residential care facilities and is currently pursuing his Master's degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. Mike believes in the power of education and personal growth to achieve a brighter future not just for himself, but for all nurses. He also finds solace in reading books about leadership and growth, and spends his free time experimenting with new recipes to surprise his loved ones with delicious meals. Mike's entrepreneurial spirit is fueled by his desire to empower nurses and make their journey in the US a success.
